We need a consumer revolution

Consumers have been subjected to series of humiliation and hardship as a result of maltreatment by various companies and service providers.

They have also been at the receiving end of poor service delivery, bad culture, lack of courtesy, exploitation, and several other challenges. What makes it more worrisome is the nonchalant attitude of the culpable companies to embark on measures to eliminate these negative tendencies.
